Quantum Teams – A New Paradigm for Collaboration!

A Live Webinar with Hagith Malul and Shirah Shulman

You're invited to join us for an insightful webinar where we’ll explore how to build Quantum Teams. Quantum Teams are purpose-aligned, self-driven groups formed around shared values, mutual respect, and a clear strategic mission.

They operate with autonomy, deep trust, and a strong commitment to collective growth and results – supported by leaders who know how to read the field and enable true collaboration. Drawing from real-world experience, a psychology based model (IFS) and systemic thinking, we’ll share new tools and insights for thriving in today’s reality of high complexity, rapid change, and constant uncertainty.

🚫 Old tools won’t solve new problems – it's time to evolve how we lead and collaborate.

An insight-led Transformation to Resolve Friction and Optimize Progress

Listen to our webinar!

  • Has your organization/unit been experiencing friction that is holding you back from achieving the desired results?

  • Have you been repeating similar patterns of thinking and behavior despite employing your best efforts to create change?

The issue might differ from what it seems and may require a deeper understating of the root of the problem.

In this webinar:

  • We encourage you to understand the root cause of any organizational friction.

  • We will present holistic pathways for resolution and change, and dive into the fascinating world of quantum mechanics and systemic constellation.

  • We will share innovative interventions combining practical, mindful, and scientific tools to develop solutions and implement them.

What is our Purpose?

Most organizations have been experiencing friction and need for more sufficient progress in various aspects. Despite employing their best efforts, different stakeholders find themselves repeating similar patterns of thinking and behavior.

The issue might differ from what it seems and may require a deeper understating of the root of the problem.

Using innovative interventions that combine practical, mindful, and scientific tools, we will gain clarity and understanding of the issue's root causes, help the stakeholders take ownership of it, and develop optimal pathways for resolution and change.

We meet people and organizations where they are and drive desired business results in empowering and innovative ways.

How do we do it?

  • Phase I - A systemic and holistic assessment: Understanding the presenting core issues by getting to the deep root causes.

  • Phase II - Intervention: an action-oriented approach that looks at the organization and its environment as a whole system. Providing feedback and revealing dynamics and deep underlying issues that hold the team or organization back. We will point to new behaviors and actions that support sustainable change.

  •  For example:

    • Improving relationships with the eco-system, such as customers, donors, governing bodies, etc.

    • Improve communication within teams, while understanding the individual’s inner motivations and influences.

    • Strengthen relationships and trust, by openly and effectively presenting needs and learning to listen to others.

    • Enhance collaboration and productivity by introducing a more beneficial workflow, to achieve the organization’s goals and maximize its potential.

This can be done via consulting the leadership team, conducting a workshop, and/or personal coaching.

  • Phase III - Ensuring Implementation: Follow up to ensure smooth implementation and help the team face the ongoing dilemmas.

What methods do we use?

  • Organizational Psychology models and psychotherapy principles.

  • Quantum principles - that can be harnessed to improve alignment, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Systemic and Constellation work to analyze and pinpoint the challenges and find the most beneficial solutions.
