Hagith brings ~25 years of extensive and diverse experience from both global corporates and scale-up AI and Tech companies, such as LivePerson, eBay, Nokia, Siemens Networks, and Amdocs. Furthermore, She is a lecturer and a certified coach. Hagith’s experience includes HR executive roles leading strategy and execution, shaping culture, and building excellent teams. She also has seasoned business experience in supporting startup growth, improving internal innovation and leading operations to business success. Hagith holds an MSc. in Organizational Psychology, from the University of Hertfordshire, UK.

MA. Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Group Analyst, member of the Israel Institute for Group Analysis (IIGA), a faculty member at the Group Facilitation Programs at Tel Aviv University (TAU), the Moscow Institute for Group Analysis (MIGA), Kiev International School of Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (KISRPP), and head and lecturer of Israel’s Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs School of Social Work.
Ella is the founder and leader of the Institute for Group Analysis in Stavropol, conducts a private practice for individuals, groups, and couples, and supervises organizations.

Hadas is an organizational & occupational psychologist, an expert in assessment and evaluation. For the last two decades, she has been supporting various security organizations in building and implementing performance evaluation processes as well as providing management consulting. Hadas supports and coaches dozens of leaders in Israel and abroad and runs a private clinic, providing occupational and management consulting and coaching to individuals.
Hadas has an MSc, in Organizational/Occupational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.

Yael Ben David
Yael Ben David, PhD, is a faculty member at Reichman University's Organizational Behavior and Development program, specializing in social and organizational psychology. She has extensive experience consulting organizations locally and globally, combining research and practice. She specializes in small groups’ dynamic, power hierarchies in group discourse, and virtuality and hybridity in teamwork. With a MA in Social-Psychology from Tel Aviv University and a PhD in Sociology from Ben Gurion University, she has also served as a research fellow and postdoc at the Truman Institute, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her research is widely recognized in the realms of social and organizational psychology.

Shirah Shulman
Shirah worked as a regional marketing manager with a chain of distributors in three continents. She then served as the carrier relations manager for a telecommunications company. Upon moving to Australia in 2001, she decided to follow her passion and pursued a career as a counselor and psychotherapist. Since 2006 she has been working as a therapist and group facilitator in various organizations, as well as running a private practice.Shirah has an MA in psychotherapy and counseling from Western Sydney University and an MBA from the University of Northumbria (UK); She also holds a BA in International Business Administration and is a Systemic Constellation facilitator. Shirah is a member of the Australian Counseling Association (ACA)
